MpCCI

MpCCI couples different simulation softwares and thereby solves multidisciplinary problems. The software supports the leading industrial simulation codes. Thanks to MpCCI, many companies have already solved challenging tasks using coupled simulations.

MpCCI CouplingEnvironment

The coupled simulation codes are running at the same time and data is exchanged in both directions. MpCCI CouplingEnvironment takes care of the synchronization of the codes and the data interpolation. Typical application areas that can be coupled with MpCCI CouplingEnvironemnt include:

  • Structural Analysis (Abaqus, ANSYS/FEA, MSC.Marc, MSC.Nastran)
  • Computational Fluid Dynamics (ANSYS/Fluent, FINE/Turbo, FINE/Open, OpenFOAM, STAR-CD, STAR-CCM+)

MpCCI Mapper

The crash and FEA simulations can be improved significantly when the material and geoemetric paraemters from the whole process chain (welding, forming, stamping, etc) are considered.

  • Manufacturing tools (Sysweld, Forge)
  • Crash Codes (Abaqus, PAM-Crash, LS-Dyna, Radioss)
  • FEA Codes (Abaqus, MSC.Nastran)
  • Photogrammetric Data (Autogrid, Argus, Atos)

MpCCI FSIMapper

  • Most CFD codes (ANSYS/CFX, ANSYS/Fluent, FloTHERM, FloEFD, EnSight Gold)
  • and FEA codes (Abaqus, ANSYS/FEA, MSC.Nastran)
